Abstract

 

The present work has as its main goal to specify if it is possible to identify several elements that may allow to objectivize the determination and distribution of the legal support among the descendent in the Chilean law. The method that has been used is to examine the situation within the Spanish and French laws, due to its similarities to the Chilean law in this matter. The main result has been to stablish if the criteria that have been used to objectivize the amount of the legal support in those Laws are applicable in our country.
