Abstract
The work examines one of the innovations introduced in the Chilean juvenile justice system by the recent Act 21,527, the technical report. To do this, in the light of specialized literature, it analyzes its personalizing foundation, concept and nature, presentential function, content, opportunity and deadlines, request, realization, reservation of information and its presentation in audience. An interpretation is proposed to insert it within the intervention model of the new National Juvenile Social Reinsertion Service.
