Abstract
This article presents the typology of evidentiary facts proposed by Jerzy Wróblewski. From it, it studies the way in which such typology is normatively incorporated in an evidentiary formula whose purpose is to rationally justify an evidentiary decision in the legal field. Finally, it is shown that the choice and justification of any model of judicial evidence assessment responds to an ideological question.
